Title: Detection Actions in Unconstrained Videos
Presenter: Dr. Gang Yu, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Time: 10AM, June 26, 2014
Venue: Room 5-406, SEIEE
Abstract:
Action detection is of great importance to the surveillance and human computer interaction communities. In this presentation, we will focus on action detection for both RGB camera and RGBD camera. More specifically, three action localization algorithms based on surveillance RGB videos will be presented for different application scenarios. In addition, to address the action detection problem based RGBD videos, a frame-level prediction algorithm will be discussed with the ability for real-time continuous action recognition.
