1.    Field Application Engineer(FAE) 现场应用工程师

Promote MPS products to customers’ R&D team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system

为客户研发团队介绍公司产品并提供整体解决方案，对主要客户提供电源设计方面的培训以及提供技术支持

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues 为大客户提供技术支持，解决技术问题

• Design the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution 为大客户设计电源线路以及提供有效的解决方案

• Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors’ sales  为MPS及代理商销售人员做产品介绍及培训

• Feedback information to Marketing& Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition 向市场及研发团队反馈市场趋势、竞争对手信息以及新产品定义方向

• Requirements岗位要求:

2.      Assistant FAE(AFAE)  助理现场应用工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Technical support on MPS Analog and DC/DC power products负责MPS模拟及DC/DC电源产品的技术支持

• Serve as technical interface to customers from product/solution promotion to design review, including to analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues贴近客户，执行产品推广到客户设计阶段的一系列工作，包括分析客户疑问，技术诊断以及解决应用问题

• Technical training to distributors’ FAEs对代理商FAE进行定期的技术培训

• Work closely with FAE to do the market survey, competitor analysis,etc与FAE紧密合作，完成市场调研及竞争对手分析等

Requirements岗位要求:

• Bachelor Degree or above and major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related本科及以上学历，电气工程或自动化等相关专业

• Solid foundation of professional knowledge on electrical circuit analysis, analog circuit, Automatic control theory, etc扎实的电路分析、模拟电路及自动化控制等理论知识

• Familiar with buck/boost/ flyback topology, experience on battery management is preferred熟悉buck/boost/flyback 拓扑，有电源/电池管理相关经验更佳  
  

•        Ability to take initiative in problem solving能主动积极解决问题

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit有较强的责任心，上进心及团队合作精神

3.      Intermediate AE  中级应用工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products  跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC

• Evaluate new products and generate reports评估新产品并撰写测试报告

• Develop application reference circuits设计应用参考线路图

• Write datasheets, application notes, design notes撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册

• Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训。

Requirements岗位要求:

• MSEE or equivalent应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历

• With hardware implementation skills良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力

• With ability of analyzing complex analog and power electronic circuit具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力；

• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力

• Fluent communication skills in English良好的英语沟通能力

4.    Application Engineer (AE) 应用工程师

Responsibility岗位职责：

• Assistant intermediate AE in product road test and customer support; 协助中级AE进行产品测试及客户支持工作

• Revision part’s road test and customer support; 独立进行改版产品的测试及客户支持工作

• Be familiar with product function, feature and application; 熟悉负责产品的特性特点及应用

• Assistant AE in issue analysis and circuit debugging during the project; 在项目进行过程中，协助AE分析问题，调试电路

• Write test report and file archive; 文档撰写及整理

• Project status management. 项目进度管理

Requirement岗位要求：

•       Electronic technology and related; 电子技术及相关专业

•     Basic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation; 具备良好的电子电路实验操作能力

•     Good English reading and writing ability, CET-4 is a must; 良好的英语读写能力，英语四级及以上

• Bachelor degree and above; 本科学历及以上

5.    Software Engineer（SE）软件工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

•       Design & debug an new MP Design Software负责相关软件项目开发, 编译等工作

•       Update and maintain MPS popular Design Software负责已有软件维护, 升级等日常管理

• Requirements岗位要求:

• Bachelor degree in related subject: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Management etc. 本科学历，计算机科学，信息科学以及信息管理等相关专业。

• Familiar with VS2010,Experience on software design with C#，NET 3.5/4.0, MVC, LINQ and Firmware will be better熟悉VS2010, C#, NET 3.5/4.0, MVC, LINQ, Firmware者优先

• Familiar with photoshop, dreamwavor, Illustrator will be better有美工设计、编辑、美化经验者优先

• Good communication/ writing and presentation skills in English能熟悉使用英文交流

• Good team player 擅长团队合作
