Cher Whee Sim is a senior HR Leader, with 25+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry. She has shaped talent into high performers at Micron using progressive technical knowledge, engaging diverse communication methods and employing innovative human resource programs to attract and retain talent. She has successfully spearheaded projects by balancing the human element and corporate objectives resulting in empowered teams with a high desire to pursue organizational excellence in the fast-growing semiconductor industry. She has spent over 13 years leading regionally and culturally diverse HR teams specifically in the Talent Acquisition arena.  Cher Whee has architected strategies to attracting top talent who exemplify Micron’s core values and enable Micron’s vision and mission.
