Research

Prof. Guan has finished more than 30 national and ministry projects involved in as Principal Investigator (PI) and Investigator. He is the PI of 10 on-going projects including Key Project of NSF of China and project of “973 Program”. Prof. Guan proposed systematic robust control and parametric design strategies for time delay systems, developed the theory and methodologies on analysis, control and synthesis for complex dynamic systems, designed novel cross-layerd protocol for wireless networks for the balance of QoS and network lifetime, and presented flocking algorithms based on multi-objective decision making method. He led his group to finish the design of MicroRF wireless sensors, communication modules and protocol stacks. MicroRF Set has been applied in Monitoring Systems for two sewage treatment factories.
