Research Field
Her research interests include image processing and pattern recognition, in particular, biometrics recognition, medical image processing and machine learning and so forth.
Education
Dr. Liu received Ph.D degree from EEE, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Before that, she got B.S. and M.Eng. degrees from North China Institute of Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, respectively.
Work experience
Since Aug. 2008, she joined in the Department of Instrument Science and Engineering, School of Electronic, Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. She is currently an associate professor in SJTU. From 2007-2008, she was a research fellow in EEE, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Research
Currently, She has got some research funding projects as principle investigator on fingerprint recognition, image understanding and medical image analysis. The selected research funding projects are:
