According to the agreements on exchange students, SEIEE would start the procedure of 2013 fall overseas program applications and recommendation and send undergraduate students to relative institutions for exchange and study. Both application and selection would be taken under the principle of voluntariness, fair and justice.

 

Since all the programs below started simultaneously, one student could apply to two programs at most, and indicate the preference ranking in the application form.

 

I.                    Requirements

1.       All the applicant should come from 2010 SEIEE undergraduate students

2.       All the applicants should agree to the agreements

3.       All the applicants should be healthy, good in behavior, with no criminal records

4.       All the applicants should be excellent in study

5.       All the applicants should first get approves from parents for relative financial support. And once selected, one cannot quit.

II.                  Procedures

1.       Program briefing

Time: 2:00pm-5:00pm, Nov.30^th, 2012

Venue: SEIEE building 3-200

2.       Procedures

Dec.9^th (Sunday): Application deadline

Dec. 16^th (Sunday): Candidate for Interview name list comes out

Dec. 19^th （Wednesday）: Interview on 1:30pm

Dec. 24^th (Monday): Name list for each program comes out

 

3.       SEIEE would send the final name list to the partner school and notify all those students for further interview

4.       After review of applicants’ materials, those schools would send invitations letters to approved students for later use. At the same time, all the students would prepare for visa, air tickets, insurance, and so on.

 

III.                Special statements

1.       If there are changes during the procedures due to the counterpart institution, one should comply with the new version. And SEIEE could not promise success of each recommendation

2.       All the dual master applicants should first qualified as master in SJTU

3.        Before application, please check out from the official website of that school to ensure whether the preferred major is open to international students, or whether it has language requirements
