July 18^th.2013 , SJTU automation department second staff party branch and shanghai aerospace 803 research institution development center party branch twinning building activity based on production-study-research begun. Following the first branch life , both sides have a detailed discussion focusing on the cooperation form of college and enterprise ‘s production-study-research , on how to transform advanced achievements in scientific research into productivity ,and host a series activities .

First is research exchange activity . according current problems in aerospace engineering system’s control technique and control &design in type pre-research ,sep 25^th,2013 ,803 institute development center party branch secretary Long hua came to SJTU automation laboratory for exchange bringing several party members . A part of masters and phds gave some introduction ,secretary Long also had a hot discussion with students about some edge-cutting problems in aerospace control . Through discussion , it will benefit students in tight combination of scientific research and factual needs ,and give a definite direction of research .

Following is technique train .oct 25^th,2013 , secretary Long invited professor zhang weidong of automation department second party branch to give a speech for the young party member titled “the facing problem and application in aerospace of control theory . During the lecture ,professor zhang gave a deep introduction of the achievements his research team has made in the control theory area, he analysed the gap between control theory research and application covering from several aerospace programs to real research . In the end , zhang stressed that SJTU automation department belongs to Shanghai Jiaotong University ‘s School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, is the institute of the first degree of control science and engineering ,owning two state key discipline of control theory&control engineering and pattern recognition &intelligent system ,owning key laboratory of ministry of education of system control information processing .He hoped that there will be more concrete and deep cooperation in technology and talent training. After the lecture , several masters of institute 803 have a discussion with professor zhang about the specific theory in the dissertation .

Both sides expressed that the successful hosting of these activities is the result of both party committee of SJTU’s automation department and institute 803 ,and it have made a positive influence in the cooperation of technology and talent training , in the promoting of research innovation and achievements transformation ,and promoting  the development of our country’s aerospace enterprise at last .
