School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering celebrated the 92nd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 3-208 conference room on June 27th. The general party secretary of SEIEE Su Yuezeng, the vice party secretary Mo Guangcheng, Yang Yifan, all the department secretaries and party representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the vice party secretary Mo Guangcheng.

At the beginning of the meeting, the development of schools is closely linked to the progress of the society and national revival, and the party members should become the main force to promote the construction of the school, said Mo Guangcheng. Under the new situation, the construction of the Party is facing many problems and challenges. We should carry out all aspects of preparing, maintaining the advanced nature of thought and action, actively participating in create innovative organization pattern, improving the level of team building. At the same time, Mo proposed a further request of the school’s party construction.

During the meeting, the five party branch representatives introduced their activities’ core ideas, entry points, features and performance and exchange the new ideas of how to deepen the organization’s life theme, which help us broaden the work thoughts, but also put forward some common problems to be explored. Xiao Shilin, from the branch of the optical fiber, introduced their " promote the teaching and research based on people-centered " work ideas erudite. Yu Meijuan, from the School of the Microelectronics, shared the party pattern of “School-enterprise cooperation, personnel training". Li Xiaochun, from the Department of the Electronics, recalled the branch’s organizational life of " Re-take the Long Way Jiangxi Ganzhou trip ", talked about the experience during the  itinerary. Chen Jiaxing, a student from the student branch, made a report of the 09 undergraduate graduation season activities "red positive energy". Liu Dong, the first faculty branch secretary of power system, focused on introducing the working method of how to combine hot spots with branch’s organizational life topics.

Subsequently, the vice party secretary Mo Guangcheng conducted a brief introduction and key deployment of 2013 annual theme organizational life’s case declarations. Meanwhile, Mo stressed the importance of organizational life should be meaningful, innovative, effective, long-lasting and exemplary once again.

At the end of the meeting, Su Yuezeng, the general party secretary, gave full affirmation and encouragement to the party construction work, which had been achieved a great deal by each branch, and also raised hopes of the future. He emphasized that party construction work must be practical and pragmatic. If each one simply do his/her job, victory is just round the corner. However, we shouldn’t remain stagnant, it is more important for us to be vigilant in peace time, seek innovation, maintain the advanced nature of thinking, remember the sense of mission and responsibility as members of CPC, and attract more outstanding talents. The ultimate goal of party construction is to promote the development of the institutions.
